Marc has extensive experience in property acquisition and development. He has headed a multiple of residential and commercial condominium conversions, as well as architecturally praised developments. He has launched a chain of restaurants and earned multiple patents in Canada and the United States. Marc has also been recognized by local press among Les Personnalités d'Affaires ( prominent business personality), and has been twice nominated for the distinction of Montreal's Entrepreneur of the Year.
Ben LipesBen Lipes has been with the Marine Group for over 15 years. He is responsible for all phases of property management, building operations and maintenance, tenant relations, lease negotiations and administration.
Mr. Lipes brought to Marine extensive executive business experience as CEO and partner in a variety of industrial enterprises including leading firms in the apparel industry. He has also established an enviable reputation as a much sought after management consultant.
Jeffrey Silver, CAJeffrey Silver is the Marine Group's Chief Financial Officer. Jeff is a graduate of McGill University, where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as a Graduate degree in public accounting. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Quebec, and of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Jeff has been practicing public accounting for almost twenty years, and has extensive experience in construction, property management and real estate development.
